Sand Wedge Chrome

When people are choosing which clubs to play, the wedge is usually an after thought. Drivers, fairway woods and iron sets hog attention.

Now while the drivers, fairway woods and iron sets are very important, the wedges are a short game club, and together with the putter are most important clubs in your bag. A good set of wedges can do much to improve your score and reduce your handicap. The impact that these clubs may be involved that says a lot about the amount of attention to be given.

It would not be a bad idea if the average golfer added a couple of wedges in place of some long irons to keep within the limits of the club 14. Shims are added to give greater flexibility around the green.

The sand wedge is and has been 56 degrees for a long time. The pitching wedge is now around 46 degrees, so we have a margin of 10 degrees between the two clubs.

Filling the gap 52 degree and 54 degree wedges better coverage of all vaccines around the green 120 yards. Another possibility, which I personally use the pitching wedge, a wedge 52 degrees, 56 degree wedge and a wedge of 60 degrees.

I think the extra wedges gives me more opportunities to score lower than the performance of two and 3 iron.

The extra spots gives me more options to approach the pin approach shots.

Another topic, and the combination Takeaway loft angle of rebound is what suits you.

In general the steeper the swing or the firmer the sand, you want to use less bounce in the wedges. The more superficial the swing and the softer the sand, you want to increase the angle.

Third area of interest in the process of selection is the goal in the club. The high gloss polished chrome has a traditional look, and the harder the material used to make the club more audible the click occurs when placed in contact with the ball. Other popular finishes are black to reduce glare and gun metal. These materials give a softer feel than the material harder. Both of these materials is oxidized to provide a more spin on the ball.

You must use the finish that gives improved feel when striking the ball.

So there is more to selecting a wedge that just grab one. Know what lofts feel more comfortable is the most important. The rebound is important because you must match the bounce of the conditions most frequently encounter. The finish is what you are most comfortable.

Expresses hope that this helps. Golf Happy
