Let me ask you a question. Can you tie your shoe laces own? (Or think of anything else that you learn to do.) Do you remember when you were a little tot learning about the great world and frustrating all those tasks you needed to learn? Can you remember trying to tie and being all fingers and thumbs? How many took you before mastering the skill of tying without thinking how?
Did you train your muscles to do that? If you think the answer is yes, perhaps I have to try again then what does this. If his brain was removed your muscles can tie the laces? If your answer is yes, then I can still politely suggest that this article is not to waste time.
All tasks to learn to do bad at first and then more and more until you can do without thinking are the programs of the brain. You have trained a set of neural pathways in your mind that control the firing of signals muscles, agonists and antagonists (apposing muscles) in a beautiful and amazing complex "dance" for your body to perform skeletal muscle task you want.
If you need to learn a new skill, or set of movements that have never done before, then your mind will have to create new connections neuronal and as you continue to overwrite and strengthen these neural pathways, improve and increase efficiency, actual movement of your body becomes more accurate, accurate and unconsciously, without thinking.
Want a swing groove again or simply a change in the existing complex set of movements called skeletal muscle "My Golf Swing" because you are looking for more consistency? Well, then you're going to have to train neural pathways in your brain to move your muscles in a way that gives you the result.
Is there muscle memory? Do you think that your muscles have no capacity to remember anything to do with your swing? swing golf muscle memory is complete rubbish, the golf muscle is unable to remember one thing.
Want a new slot swing the easiest way and quickly as possible? Make sure that at least 50% of the new movement is carried out internally through visualization. Sit quietly for 15 minutes every day and create an internal image of yourself doing the swing you want. Having a clear, large, bright images. See yourself making the swing from all angles and then combine with yourself and actually feel the swing in the muscles, even though you are sitting in a totally relaxed. This internal image of your swing dramatically improve the quality and speed at which to learn and progress. Remember, half of your practice time should be the display and the real physical environment swings.
Do not rely on your muscles. Train your brain.
