Golf is one of the safest sports, but an injury can happen when common sense is not used. These are five safety tips that I use and teach my children.
Tip # 1
Check the weather before leaving. For lighting to take cover, remember that you have a metal club in his hands and never hide under the trees. Take water bottles, sunscreen and a hat, reminiscent of the children. View the consumption of alcohol! Each drink increases the risk of injury.
Tip # 2
Keep track of who is around you, especially children, is easy to let down our guard. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure it is safe before playing a stroke.
Tip # 3
Yell "fore" warning on golf for golfers to know that wild ball goes his way. If you hear So cover, protect your head, covering your head with your arms, you become smaller, squatting and ensure the ball. Teach children.
Tip # 4
Be polite group before you, never intentionally the ball to them in their space. Angry have injured dead or worse.
Tip # 5
Read and follow the rules of golf cart safety. Keep your feet in the car, stay on the cart path, see the speed in the curve or a steep hill and see the golf cart paths for other posts. Adults drive with your hands on the wheel, not children.
These safety tips players use common sense, let me remind my younger colleagues of them before hitting the greens.
