As the best in golf, there will be times when you find yourself needing to impart backspin on the ball, perhaps to make birdies or save par on a hole. Without correct this equipment will be difficult to say the least. Here are some tips to make the job easier.
You may be in a situation where has a position of the plug is tightened with a dry green hard. You may find that with a shot into a green surrounded by traps and no way to run the ball up bolt.
No matter what the situation, knowing how to backspin is one thing, however, without the right equipment makes it much more difficult. Needless to saying that you need a good technique but without the correct ball to make it almost impossible.
Most amateur golfers do not give much thought to the ball using other than they prefer to use a ball that gave them more distance. Unfortunately distance the ball usually has a cover made of Surlyn, a hard thermoplastic that is not much use for the backspin.
The Balata softer cover ball is the only ball to use for maximum backspin. It is more expensive but with this particular type of ball allowing you to create backspin on the ball effectively.
Balata balls covered with a liquid center of a wound rubber construction inside the ball, but they are softer and more easily cut the rate of Surlyn cover. However, due to the softer core compresses the ball more in touch and turn until the blade passes the ball more backspin.
The next requirement for creating backspin is the material used in the manufacture of sticks. The selected spots for these vaccines should be of a softer material than their longer irons. You may have noticed a lot of wedges made from alloys copper in the golf shop.
This softer material helps keep the golf ball in the golf club face longer and also helps to create backspin, and allow greater control of the ball.
To create maximum backspin must have good technique, use a balata golf ball at all times and preferably use a good quality soft wedge face. Club Clean your face regularly and use a wooden tee to keep clear slots ensuring that your equipment stays dry.
