Ping G15 and i15 Series

August 3, 2009 - Ping Golf held its biggest launch product ever with the introduction of two lines of clubs, called the G15 and i15, each of which includes drivers, fairway woods, hybrids and irons. In the following pages you will find photos of every new model of the two lines, plus some information about each. Note that the series is aimed Ping G15 for golfers seeking maximum forgiveness and high launch attributes, the i15 series is designed for golfers who want more viability.

All clubs the G15 and i15 Series debut in stores in mid August 2009. More general details about the series are available on the final page of this product tour.

Ping G15 driver comes in four standard lofts (9 degrees, 10.5, 12 and 13.5), and three lofts in a version of draw (9, 10.5 and 12). File are the axes ping-designed TFC149D and Aldila Serrano.

Ping G15 driver is longer from front to back, with a crown of ultra-thin. A unique weight external help lower the center of gravity and superior engineering properties of release.

The Ping i15 fading driver is part (designed with an angle of the open face) with the traditional pear-shaped clubhead. internal properties are designed to reduce weight around, and the hosel is slightly away from clubhead to promote a better control and preferred routes of tourism. The Ping G15 fairway woods have a long face (toe to heel) and a low profile stainless steel head with a gauze with external weight on the sole to help guide a higher trajectory and increased forgiveness.

Four lofts are available in the standard model: 3-wood (15.5 degrees), 4-wood (17), 5 wood (18.5) and 7 wood (21.5). A model of drawing is also available in lofts of 15.5 degrees, 17 and 18.5.

MLAs are the ping-designed Serrano TFC149F and Aldila.

The Ping i15 clubheads fairway woods feature stainless steel low profile, slightly elongated heel to toe, and designed for the best players in the search for feasibility of a variety of playing conditions. Internal weighting is designed to minimize impact and produce a child, the flight more penetrating ball.

The models available are the 3 wood (14 degree loft), 3 (15.5) and 5 wood (18.5). Stock shafts are the Ping-designed UST and Mamiya TFC700F AXIVcore Red Tour 79.
