As we all know by now, Stewart Cink won the Open in 2009, but the clubs use? Well, he has been using Nike CCi forged irons for a long while now and was thinking of changing them to the new Nike Victory Red irons earlier this year, but at the time it was testing the balls and the change of his putter. He did not want to change too much at one time as this would cause too much confusion, and if there was an improvement in his game that was put up factor?
Cink is in fact now using Nike Victory Red wedges instead of the Nike SV wedge he used to play, but the most notable change is that now has changed to a belly putter Nike traditional putter length, Anser style. These prototypes have not been launched by Nike but both Cink and Lucas Glover to win races this year with one way or another these prototypes would not be a surprise to see them in your golf shop soon.
