If one foot while mudras ago, may suddenly feel an inner strength and take charge of the movements of the hands, feet and limbs in a dance is a possibility as iconically displayed by Shiva in the cosmic dance.
It should be noted that all these sensations and movements of the hand are in character and represent certain phases of pranic energy or influence. The movement can start with force as a first step in the first session, but then evolve to the antics and even quiet. Convulsions and spasms are common manifestations of energy activities within the subtle and physical bodies. These are positive signs to let them pass. Kriya Yoga as bandhas, and the types of mudra processes mentioned in the text of the Samhita Gheranda yoga can also occur naturally. spontaneous occurrences of these are safe - much safer than doing yoga exercises through their own conscious and forcing their manifestation. If none of the above are observed in practice, spiritual knowledge can Guru enable the disciple to his discretion so that progress can proceed at a faster pace.
What yoga spontaneous movements or processes occur are necessary and appropriate for you. Shakti energy that flows through you know what to do to spiritualize and transform your whole being. Shakti is an evolutionary force and she will get up to a greater height if it is allowed. When Shakti flows through your being that can be spontaneously practice all yoga systems. For example, you can found the removal of their senses and focus on your Self, as in Raja Yoga, is that exudes a boundless love of nature and life, as in Bhakti Yoga, or even acquiring divine knowledge effortlessly, as in Jnana Yoga. You can even find yourself singing as in Mantra Yoga.
Do not be scared or afraid of movements Naturally occurring without conscious will address. You can exercise your will at any time to stop if you wish, however, doing so is difficult hidden work is being done to you by the presence of spiritual strength. It would be better to let it run its course. Only in this way to get the full benefits of the practices mudra.
There are many stories of spiritual practitioners experiencing spasms and involuntary movements of the body and hands while engaging in meditation. One the spiritual messengers of God referred to as "the Seal of the Prophets" is an example:
One day, meditating in a cave on the mountain. Hira, Muhammad, The Prophet of Islam says future trembling uncontrollably. This occurred when a voice told him to "pray" or "read." In response to a voice that could not, was immediately captured by a spiritual presence (Shakti) that was previously detected to be in his vicinity (forcefield).
What was the true nature the experience of the Prophet? Seizures were experienced symptoms of an unusual energy that flows through your body? What were the years spiritual yoga which was engaged in that led to that experience? Did use of mudras, or any other esoteric practices? It is said that the Prophet was a "son widow. "In the esoteric language refers to an initiate of the Mystery Schools, the latter was called a" widow "after the goddess Isis lost her husband, Osiris, to the machinations of his brother Set, who is the personification of evil and materialism. Isis was the symbol of the Mysteries. Mystical schools in these disciplines and spiritual practices are taught to initiates. Mudras were, without doubt, one of the many teachings given. After mastering the teachings and reaching higher level of consciousness, started to emerge from the womb of Isis and become Horus, the would-be murderer of his evil uncle.
Mudras & Spirituality
Is vital to note that the sensations, effects, and powers that mudras help reveal not an end in themselves - they are simply a means to an end. Are tools that can support to achieve self-realization. The evolution towards a higher state of awareness or experiencing unity with all that is should be our main objective. Other reasons are just ornaments to be given up. Mudras, meditation or other religious discipline when exercised for the good of the acquisition of the gifts of the spirit does not is a spiritual work or is spirituality. offer unsolicited advice is not spirituality, predict the future of the people is not spirituality; perpetuate a sense of mortality and the powerlessness of the people is not spirituality, others keep making materialistic attitudes is not spirituality. To seek the Giver more than the gift is spirituality; to give of oneself without thought of self is spirituality, to compel to leave one's desires, or to impose their will on others is spirituality. While the meaning separation exists, the sense of duality, the illusion that we are separate from everything else, will never reach the state of true spirituality, where only divine love is the law. The "heresy" of dualism in the very conception mental and spiritual blindness is what prolongs the dream of all time " where one is ignorant, unconscious, and unresponsive to the eternal truth of Oneness.
Spirituality has many expressions, however, none of them has anything to do with acquisition or in vain display psychic powers. Initiates are not always psychic or magical powers, but are sensitive to the inspiration, the spiritual impulses emanating from the celestial spheres and within the Spirit. Those seeking ambitious psychic powers and abilities for egocentric purposes usually end up chained in the astral realm where they become the playthings of malicious spirits. It is much wiser to first purify the mind, body and soul of all negative energies congestion, the sense of limitations, and blockages and development aspect of love-wisdom and intelligence of the soul before embarking on any psychic development. No proper moral and spiritual preparation that would be deceived, misled and trapped by rebel forces psychic. Mudras are definitely a help on the way purification, but must be accompanied by other practices and studies that awakens the heart, and the acquisition of esoteric knowledge and wisdom.
Preparation
It empowers the hand
There are points of power in the hands and fingers and there are all the physical / etheric. Called chakras (literally, "wheels") in the yoga philosophy, these vortexes of energy can be detected and verified its existence in various ways. Such Once the simplest method is to sit directly in the hands. This requires a degree of sensitivity, however, that can be acquired through an exercise provided below.
Pendulums can also be used for detection. Hold a pendulum (any kind will do) with your right hand and remain above the palm of his left hand. Add slowly move in circles. The swing may be clockwise or counterclockwise depending on the flow of energy palm of your hand if outward or inward. The circumference and swing speed indicates the size and activity of the chakra. At several points in the hand swing of the pendulum may also indicate the presence of a minor chakra.
In connection with Mudra-Vidya, or the "science of Mudras" what type of deployment or empowerment requires hands? What kind of preparation is necessary for the proper development of the mudras?
First, would be helpful to massage your hands frequently to be flexible enough to assume the positions of the mudras. Most of the mudras are easy to some, however, may require isometric exercises of the hands as a preparation. Flex your hands often - double that contract or relax, stretching the fingers, and massage them. This would create greater flexibility in the hands and lead to improved performance of the mudras and improve blood circulation. The massage of the hands after mudra practices is also suggested to help circulation of the blood and remove stiffness.
People with short hands, stubby may have some problems doing certain mudras, unlike individuals with long, slender fingers palmistry identify as "philosophical" and "psychic." However, subjects with short fingers normally are not the type who would be interested in yoga, spiritual formation, or mudras, logically speaking, as the person reading this series of articles is intended to develop spirituality, should not encounter any obstacle the practice of mudras or execution forms.
The next essential step is to train your hands to increase the sensitivity, activity and size of hand / finger chakras. This can be done exercises, such as attention focused on the palms and fingers. This particular exercise, extend your hand chakras so that they can be a flow most of the energies flowing bi-directional as required. To perform this exercise, follow these steps:
1) Focus on each fingertip around one minute each. Tingling and vibrating. Start with one hand and then move to the other.
2) Now concentrate on the palms of both hands for about 3 minutes and then move to the palm of his other hand. Feels as if a flower was blooming in the palms.
Do this every day for 40 days during which should be the size permanently extended the chakras and greater sensitivity achieved. Meanwhile, it would be permissible to commence mudra practices simultaneously with the exercise at hand empowerment.
Pose Meditation and inner peace
In general, most of the mudras can be done while sitting in a chair with legs crossed or standing. Some mudras may call for specific body positions. If you are knowledgeable on Hatha yoga and quite flexible, you can assume the asanas or positions different body, while the practice of mudras, such as "Padmasana", "Siddhasana" and "Vajrasana."
Before commencing mudra-exercises, the doctor would get the most benefit, first relax the mind and body so that a degree of inner tranquility can be achieved. Any relaxation method is taught in schools can be employed hidden, one can use the contraction of muscles, perhaps along with visualization and auto-suggestion - the point is that the physical body and mind should be deeply relaxed so that it can not hinder that experience the energy flow through subtle channels.
Mantras or words of power
Mudras can be accompanied by chanting and vibrating certain bija (seed)-mantras (words of power) that stimulates / Activates the chakras and expand the subtle channels, or otherwise affect the psycho-physical body in some metaphysical way. Whenever possible, mantras, would be given adequate in association with the mudras in the following documents in this series Mudra. Chanting may be verbal or mental - directions will be given for it.
Seed-mantras should be vibrated rapidly as the edges so that the power of the mantra would be felt in different psychic centers. Vibrating the mantras does not imply increasing the volume of his voice, which involves sing in the words of power in a peculiar way so that the vibrations are felt palpably in the microcosm, some seed-mantras requires correct intonation.
Breathing exercises and visualization
Pranayama, or the art of controlling the life force through rhythmic breathing or specialized can be done while doing the mudras. Some mudras may specifically call for a certain breathing technique. In general, however, if the instructions not given, breathing should be allowed to flow naturally without conscious direction. The display can be used to support specialized breathing. Energy Cosmic can be visualized as a bright silver, white or gold force - each of these colors has its specific properties. You can experience the feeling to feel and understand the effects of each of these forces. As a general rule, always inhale as you visualize the energy flowing into you, exhale as you channel the energy to an object, an area or space.
In the following documents in this series, a lot of mudras of various traditions will be presented for practical application.
